If an order is made and a deposit is paid for tiles to be imported from overseas specially for your purpose, and we have paid the money to the overseas factory for delivery, we are unable to refund your money for cancellation of the order because we are fully liable for the payment. In some circumstances, we may be able to exchange for a different product.
There is no refund for a change of mind once the goods are dispatched from the showroom or warehouse.
If you decide to seek an exchange of goods due to a change of mind after they are dispatched from the showroom warehouse, you will have to bear the cost of re delivery and all costs incidental to re transporting the goods.
Tiles that have been laid or cut cannot be exchanged as we are no longer able to resell them.
We will gladly exchange or refund if the tiles are damaged /faulty where it is our fault. You have to report damaged/faulty tiles within 3 days of receiving them. We will require photographs as proof so that we may seek liability from the supplieron your behalf.
